We found Mike to be very responsive, and he got the lamp posts in quickly so we and our visitors could safely navigate our somewhat steep and curved front stone stairway. He was a great communicator, returns phone calls and shows up on time to do a wonderfully professional job. You would never know he had been at your home, except you are now enjoying your repair or improvement. I would highly recommend using Mike to anybody looking for a great electrician and I will be using him again in the future.

Empire Electrical service is always my go to when I have electrical needs in my home and in my place of business. Great customer service and always on time and professional. I first use this company for my place of business and I was so pleased with their service and quality of work that I invited them to my home to install outlets in mount my television. I am very satisfied and would recommend them to all who need electrical services.

They were prompt and thorough. This gave me confidence to move forward with purchasing the house. This is an amazing company! They were quick to come fix what I needed done and so reasonable with the pricing. The electricians are friendly, trust worthy and actually explain to you what they are doing or what needs to be done. I will definitely be calling them again in the future for any other electrical needs I may have. Thank you for being such a great company and making this an amazing experience! Recommend them highly.

The technician from Empire Electrical came out to the house and explained the different ways cable could be run to our living room. Once we decided on how the job would be done, he set up an appointment at our convenience. Two electricians then came to the house and the complete job took about an hour. We are very satisfied with the work done. We also liked that photos of electricians are supplied by text or email when appointments are made. You can never be too careful about who comes into your home, and this level of security is appreciated. We would definitely use Prime again.
