Reviews
The staff makes mistakes and blames the customer, they are Rude and unhelpful. After I had to pick up a partial script because they were low in stock, they made me wait until the day I run out to get the remaining balance. BUT they messed up the count and gave me another partial and charged me my co pay for the second time. When I called 5 minutes after I left to let them know of the mistake, I was told there is nothing they can do until it's time fornthe refill. So I'll wait and pay for the third time. This one script will cost the same as 3 months of meds.
They let meds expire without notifying you. They text that a med is ready but when yiu go there it is not ready. Happens very frequently. Pharmacy staff is rude.
Most of the Pharmacists that work at this Walgreens location don’t have any social skills, they look so unhappy and are not friendly nor welcoming with customers, except for an Indian man that works Sunday mornings, he is very polite and has good customer service.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! Customer service doesn’t matter here. They are rude to anyone and everyone!
