Ordered a water heater that said it worked in a tiny home. Even called customer service to verify it would work inside before ordering, which tht CS rep told me it would. When it arrived it says all over the packaging that it's not for indoor use. When I chatted with CS the guy went on about how I should read the product description better before ordering next time. He even sent me the paragraph that said it worked for our use. Said they would send a return shipping label and waive a restock fee but never did. My husband called them and the woman said they would send the label and waive the restock fee. We again, never received anything. Wouldn't recommend buying anything from this company.
I ordered a shelving unit on Tuesday and had it by Thursday. Very reasonably priced, shipping was very reasonable too.
My $1800 order is in limbo..No one has answers..Not even sure what to do?
