I loved this place since it was in the mall. I love the smoothies and the young staff is sweet and happy to see customers. If you go here you won’t regret it and make sure you leave these girls a tip! They deserve it!

Had to take my rating down a notch. I love that we have a place like Tropical Smoothie in Rapids, but the last few times we've gone, it has been inconsistent. I understand supply issues because of Covid, but replacements should not be made without customer consent. This time I didn't get the chips I asked for. Also, one of my party ordered the Thai chicken bowl and she had to pick out all the cilantro because it was wilted, soft, and inedible... brown even and there were maybe two wonton strips in the entire bowl. The previous time, she ordered the Thai chicken wrap and there was almost no greens in the wrap. The time before that, everything was perfect, as ordered. I want to continue going because of the fresh food, but the Rapids location needs to work on consistency of quality.

Sad a friend picked me up a 3 cheese and chicken quesadilla today and normally the cheese is well melted and the quesadilla is crispy. Today it is like they threw it together and warmed it slightly. Had to warm it on the stove just to get it slightly crispy and melt the cheese. Very disappointed! Also got 2 other quesadillas and had to do the same thing. And when asked for a bag had the window shut in our face.

This place is by FAR one of my favorite places to eat in Rapids! Fresh, healthy and delicious! Always worth the trip!
