I had a craving for KFC and did not want to cook. Went to KFC website, following directions, placed order for pick up, paid w/card. Drove to store-went through drive in lane. Told 'speaker' I had ordered online and paid-'speaker' said they have 'no record of my order! Got to window-(still want dinner)-placed new order, paid w/card, guy says they use 'Grubhub'?, drove home, food good. Went to KFC website and was able to cancel previous order. No harm done-but-unnecessary 'drama'.

Everytime I come here the wait is atrocious. You'd think I would know better but I always give the benefit of the doubt. Waited 24 minutes for a burrito.

My kids wanted to eat here, against my judgment I let them get some chicken. The drive through was completely empty sweet no wait. Well that was a lie. We got pulled around the front were 7 other cars waited for food as well. Not the best way to get your times up but do you I guess.nn6:00pm Thursday March 12, 2020

I've been waiting in the drive through for 35 mintues already still 2 cars before I get to the window to pay for my food. I really hope the food was made fresh. I'm not one to complain but this is a fast food place. Clearly not being fast about serving people.nGot my food as bad as it is to not even get anything to eat my famous bowl with. The chicken was KFC good.

No straws for drinks, no dipping sauce. taters and gravy looked like went through WWII
