I have a pleasant experience here every time I come. I love the oils especially around winter time. I would recommend coming here.
I come to buy one thing in particular, so I can get in and get out again. But I get a lady who wants to up sale me, and is showing me everything but what I am asking for. I hate that.
The staff is really knowledgeable about the products and about many other things relating to health and wellness. Stephen recommended a variety of things to help me deal with some stress and respiratory issues and then worked with me to get something shipped from the store to my house in Madison. Highly recommend!
They have so many items and the staff is knowledgeable about supplements. The vitamins and supplements are great quality, there are many grass fed, humanely raised meats. There are gluten free foods, cereals, grains, canned and other healthy snacks. A while array of organic seasonings and other fresh foods. They also have main grain bread and soup from Great Expectations.
If you need health conscious choices, whether it's food, supplements, or information - this place is truly capable of taking care of your needs. Have always found what I needed and a few new things to try too. They also have classes offered in their back room. We attended a talk by The Garden Guru, Jason Wendt, and it was full of information and inspiration.
