I love this store! This is the ONLY 711 that will consistently order the Go-Yum Carmel Butter Pecan Ice Cream. Just because I asked, so I show my appreciation and make sure I buy 12-16 boxes everytime! Making my trip tomorrow to pick up at least 20! Customer service is everything to me. That's why this particular 711 will ALWAYS get my business.

It's Said that the Asst.Manager Mr.Ron and his Staff Do Not Know How to Print out any other type of Lottery tickets.I asked for A Multi Draw Power Ball ticket and explained what and how much the ticket would be like and He repeated what I said Before he printed out the ticket and He still tried to Sell Me a Different type of ticket which He said that's what Other Customers Ask For and Said that He Didn't know how to print out what I asked for and that I Had to Buy It now since He Printed it out if Not His draw was going to be $3.00 short.I told him No Thank you and Appolgize because It's Not what I asked for, Not the first time,I have bought Wrong tickets Here before. And Mr.Ron Raised his voice at Me and Told Me Never To Come Back to This Store. TIME to Train Your Staff On Lottery ticket and How to Pay Attention to details explained to them. Really over a $3.00 Lottery ticket???!!

This is the first store refuse to return my item after I came to USA for 6 yeas.Even I give him a receipt and unpacked package. AWEFUL
