Maaco is no longer your $99.99 paint shop from the 70's and 80's. No the Maaco of today is a very competitive paint shop. They do what ever you request, however they will advise what will make you happy and based on their recommendations, they will not cut corners. Bottom line, you may not like their price, but you will certainly like their work. Would I recommend Maaco? Yes. You will be satisfied with their work and warranty.

Was originally told the car would be ready in 3 days at the most. One week & a day later l went to pick it up and the grill had not been painted as l requested. Had to bring it back the following week. It was obvious it had to be removed to paint it but rep said it wouldn’t be when l asked if they could swap out the lights with new ones l bought. They quoted me $55 to change them instead of doing it for free after all the inconvenience. Grill was not aligned correctly when l picked it up. Rep admitted they had to take it off when l asked. Left fingerprints on the fresh paint. Was told it would take half a day so l took it to them at 8am & waited an hour as they had a meeting with the crew. Heard there were 31 cars on the agenda & a painter from another store would take care of it early. Got it back at nearly 6pm because it clearly wasn’t touched until after l called at 3. Unhappy experience.

The customer service I received today from Mr. Willis and Kevin can't be beat. Mr. Willis was very knowledgeable about this business and seemed like someone that I could trust, he answered all of my questions and was a great help. Kevin took great care of my car and has an eye for detail! Don't hesitate to bring your car here for a good experience.

Very unprofessional I was getting a fender painted and was told it would be ready by Monday. I call back and was told it would be ready by Tuesday at 5pm. When I arrived nobody knew about the time frame and I was told that there was other costumers paying more. So I guess because I had a small job they didn't prioritize my job. I had to take my fender and go to another shop. Also the paint had dirt baked onto it. Not a good experience at all.
