I went to Discount Tire because the back tire on the passenger side of my car indicated that the pressure was low and that I was in immenient danger. The Service Technician inspected all of my tires on my car and informed me that not only was the back tire on the rear passenger was low, but both of my tires on the front tread was down to the yellow which was dangerous for gripping the road if I had to stop suddenly while driving and could possibly cause me to be in an accident. I was very gracious for the service provided by the Service Technician because he was very professional and made me feel that he had my best interest at hand.
Everyone seems to be so friendly, professional, and thorough! Love the christiannupbeat atmosphere in playing christian music! I have been going there for years!! I made thenmistake of purchasing elsewhere and I had to keep going back and pay more for rotations and all, and the customer service couldnt compare. So I am going back home!!
Appt set for 5:30p, arrived at 5pm, handed over keys at 5:15pm out by approx. 5:45pnnHunter was great.

Not only did they patch my tire for FREE, i was also in and out in less than 30 mins. Excellent customer service, they made my day.
