Firestone Complete Auto Care

So I go to the Firestone. By the house my wheel alignment appointment was for 12:00 noon. While I am waiting bthe counter rep gets a call and I guess the caller was looking for tires. Because she said. They have all. 4 of them.. then another caller callas in then she tries to get this person to buy new tires because they said they can not find the pin hole leak.. so as I am just sitting here listening to all this game... then the guy that called about the tires came in looking for the tires. She said she does not have them here she now has to order them....she said she was not expecting him to come. So soon.... ( I mean you just told the man you had 4 tires you was looking at. And now you don't ..) so I ask the lady when is my car going to move. Because know its. 12:58 and my car is still in the same place i parked it......She tells me. That well there is another car on the rack. And this is the only alignment rack we got . So then I a say. So what ever time you guys finish then my two hours start.. she. Humbly say. Yes . I humbly say. Go GET My. KEYS ill go somewhere else. I don't have time for that.. as I am walking towards the door she say oh he done now. And. He. Can pull yoir car in.. NO. THANK. YOU. I keep walking ...nn( I heard. The game. And. Weather or not the techs are good or not. They. Got too many red. Flags )

Manager Michael always makes sure you know what they're doing to your car. Jenna is always courteous & friendly. Everyone on staff is personable, and I drive out of my way to this location because they have just the best customer service.
