I walked in with my family and the girl at the counter welcomed us right away, she was however eating. We stood in line and waited to be called on after a few moments of us seeing her just eating, she looked over at us like “are y’all coming up” . I apologized, asked if she was ready and she responded “well yeaaah?” very rudely. She wasn’t able to get us our part because according to her Chevy doesn’t give out parts for my vehicle? But I later went to Auto zone which had it no issue? The other gentleman was very attentive to his clients and I could see him engaging positively. On top of her being rude, and obnoxiously eating, she wasn’t wearing a mask . One bad apple shouldn’t spoil the bunch but I was not happy with this visit.

I don't particularly enjoy going to auto places because as a woman I am always nervous, but there are always nice gentlemen there that open doors. The associates greeted me upon entering & were helpful even though I was confused and told him the wrong part. He didn't laugh at me not knowing what I was talking about!
