They were really good but they had my car for a week they didn't offer me a rental or anything to get back and forward to work than they told me my car was gone be ready Friday but when I called they said it won't be ready until Monday and they didn't really communicate with me I had to kept calling to get an update on what's going on with my car...

My experience here was awesome!!!!!! My salesman, Luis got me in and out of there pretty quick. I knew exactly what I wanted when I walked in there and he did what it took for me to drive out of there in my new baby!!! He’s outgoing, funny, and he was not overbearing. I will definitely be seeing him again in the future. Thank you for the great experience. Mohammad, the finance director was great as well. He was very efficient getting the loan approval and completing the paperwork. He answered all of my questions and concerns happily. The experience I had here was totally different than the one I experienced at Kia Southwest a few weeks ago. Matter of fact I had to call my finance company and tell them to cancel the loan because I did not want the car anyone.
