Cheap junk locks with very short warranty. I had all the doors re-keyed, I guess you call it, and 2 keyless pads put on two doors in my house last summer. Price was not cheap but ok. Eight doors, two of those with key pads and it cost $1000 plus.
The door knobs and locks on the house were 19 years old. One has been replaced. These door locks were changed due to a divorce. The locks and door knobs all worked fine after 19 years. After the door locks were re-keyed I’ve had to have them come back 3 times to fix problems. It costs me about $100 each time. First one latch wouldn’t latch and they had to come twice to fix it. Then the front door lock completely broke and now one of the back door lock is broken and the door can’t be open. All of this occurred within the first year of installation and I’ve had to pay for all the replacement of the cheap quality fixtures. This leads me to believe that the quality of the products they use are the cheapest junk you can get. On top of that I had to pay for each key. You don’t get one per door. Huh? So I won’t be calling them to replace it.
