Came in to do a quick oil change, the guy took off my fuel filter and said it needed to be changed. I had literally changed it less than a month ago....He kept insisting after I told him it’s been changed and was clearly not honest. Oil change was fast, but being dishonest is unacceptable.
Great group of guys at this place. I went in to get an inspection and needed my rotors and brakes changed because they were in really bad shape and these guys got me right and rotated the tires just because. Thank you guys so much for the excellent service ud83dudc4dud83dudc4dud83dudc4d
I asked for the regular $29.95 oil change and the dude did exactly what he wanted after being told 3 times what I wanted. He came to my car seen 3 kids in the back and decided to still pull a fast one. Why would anyone want a $89.00 oil change for a 2004 Buick Rendezvous during Christmas time is beyond me. Definitely disputing with my bank (they called the police) and writing the BBB.
I asked for 2 used tires this guy kept pushing me to buy 2 new. I said no then waited 15 mins thinking they were putting on 2 Used tires. The guy says sorry we only have 1 used tire for your car. He tried again to sell me 2 new tires. Again I said no and I left. Sent my husband back and guess what 2 used tires all of sudden appeared! Ladies stay away from this place!
Please do not use this location for services, they are highly disrespectful and will not take accountability when they mess up something on your car !! I don’t ever post reviews but this one has to be known, I was completely disrespected by them today, they stripped a plug on my car and blamed me... never again!! READ THE GOOGLE REVIEWS BEFORE USING THEM !!! I wish I would have before going there smh.
