Josh and Mike are the BEST there!! They made everything super easy and comfortable for me owning a car for the first time. Mike also followed up with me the day after to make sure everything was working correctly and if i had any questions. I WOULD GIVE 6 STARS!!

This place makes scheduling service SO easy! I work in the car industry and know the customer nightmare stories but I LOVE Genesis of Dallas (we actually own a Hyundai dealership in my group)nI email in to David Martinez (keep in mind it’s been a few months since my first oil change) and he responded quickly, and spoke to me like he remembers who I am - really made me feel like family and a valued customer. 100% recommend!!!!!
