One of the MOST kindest acts was performed today by an employee named Chris from the (service dept.). I for the past year have traveled to and from Houston just for routine maintenance, due to the fact that I trusted the quality of service I received there. My brief visit today at Bob Stallings, made me feel very comfortable with their quality of customer service and care. They have won my trust and will save me routine Houston trips for maintenance. I am now a Bob Stallings loyal customer. Thank you Chris.

The service today far exceeded my expectations! Wil was great! He was attentive and kept me informed every step of the way. Peter gave me a ride home and back to the dealership to pick up my car. He was friendly and an excellent driver. The staff was friendly and conscious of sanitation and physical distancing while maintaining exceptional customer service. The repairs were done efficiently. The work was complete on the same day. The cost was reasonable and I am extremely happy with Bob Stallings Hyundai.

Twice after an oil change the techs have left the front screws out of the plastic access panel after performing an oil change. The first time I drove home, looked under my car and saw the front of the panel had been eaten away by the asphalt. I bought 3 new screws and reinstalled them in the panel. Yesterday I went to get an oil change, and specifically told the advisor to make sure the screws were installed on the access panel. I guess the techs thought I would not be willing to get on my knees and check. Well I did and sure enough the screws were left out again. I spoke to a friend who has been a mechanic at several dealerships, and he told me that the reason some service techs do this is because they don't like having to remove and reinstall that panel, so they leave it loose hoping that it gets ripped off, and since most folks never look under their car in the first place, they usually get away with it. Once I counted as maybe accidental, twice was on purpose. I sent feedback to management through the survey text, and all I got was crickets. I guess Bob Stallings management agrees with the techs in that you do not need that silly access panel, and they are okay with making sure you don't have it. If you can't trust the service dept to put screws back in a panel, twice, even after being told to do it, what can you trust them with? Nothing, that is what. If you get work done here, it would be prudent to check that it was even done, correctly. Also check your lower access panel under your car. The tech doesn't think you need it, since it is an extra step for him to deal with and he is going to help you get rid of it. Bottom line, go to one of the other 1000 Hyundai places in Dallas, if you want things done correctly, and check their work! As a side note, I have a camera system installed on my car that recorded me telling the tech to make sure the screws were reinstalled, and me making the tech take the car back and do it after I received it back after service and climbed under the car to check. That camera was in plain view, and the techs didn't even care. They did it anyway. Think about that for a minute. How will they respond to YOUR problem? ............

Garrett V. was my salesperson I had called multiple dealerships some were nice some could do better. But Garrett took time to communicate with me. He was very easy to get a hold of very prompt responses with no pressure. I enjoyed the experience and the price was reasonable as well.

I come to BSH all the time to an oil change on my Genesis! Affordable, friendly, and efficient! I receive great service from all the Service agents. On this trip Chris was able to get me in RIGHT before the cut off time. It’s been difficult to get to the dealership after work coming from Farmers Branch so I was very happy that I made it just in time. I Was also able to use a coupon through the help of Chris which just made my day!!! Even gave me some tips for my electric bill when we were chatting during check out. No problems here! Great service is one of the many reasons I come back! Keep it up!
