Very professional & courteous, they really worked with me in securing a car, my salesperson was great. When others said no they said YES, I would recommend J.D. Byrider to everyone!nnThe sales department is great!!! HOWEVER, THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS HORRIBLE, I CALLED IN 9/16/2020 AND SPOKE WITH A YOUNG LADY WHO WAS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL REGARDING A LIGHT BULB THAT NEEDED TO BE FIXED, SHE WAS UNWILLING TO LOOK AT THE PROBLEM STATING I COULD LEAVE IT WITH THEM AND THEY WOULD CHECK WHENEVER THEY COULD AND THIS IS FOR ONE LIGHT BULB, I DON'T THINK SO. THE TONE SHE USED MADE ME FEEL AS THOUGH I WAS BOTHERING HER. NEEDLESS TO SAY I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!

Never had any problems with Byrider. I can take my car in for service issues and get my car back the same day. They very professional and Courteous.

I just purchased a new suv from them and they were very helpful and professional at helping me make a selection on what I wanted and also ride off the lot today...I give a big thanks to Adam & James

Unfortunately the vehicle I purchased here at j D Byrider desoto has given me issues from day one, and I'm constantly missing work do to a faulty vehicle that I'm paying over 15k for. This is so stressful not being able to get to work, but yet they want their payments. Sadly I wouldn't recommend this establishment to purchase a vehicle. I truly regret buying this car from here, and now I see it's time I consult a attorney about this situation
