I am totally pleased with my purchase at this establishment. The customer service was amazing, the employees made me feel like family and were very patient until I was 100% satisfied. They were able to work with me on my finances and gave a great deal. I left the dealership with keys, an awesome car, and a huge smile. I know that they had my best interest in mind, I was not just another customer, I was valued. I would highly recommend Direct A Autos to anyone in the search of purchasing a vehicle. Direct A Autos is a dealership that keeps you coming back. If you purchase a car from them you will become a repeat customer. The customer service is exceptional, and the staff really cares about your used car buying experience. Their buying process is buyer friendly; especially for anyone that may now be in the sub-prime market because of the crash in the economy that started in 2008. If you have challenged credit, this is the place to buy a car. You will get financing, a car you can afford and a car that you will be proud to drive and call your own (no buyer's remorse; no stripped down vehicle without any features). The facility is conducive to the car buying experience. It is professional, clean and inviting. The employees at the dealership are so personable. They are also a great group of God-fearing, fair and compassionate individuals; which is not common in car buying. They even offer a 90-day warranty. That equates to great customer service, and this is part of what will make you a repeat buyer. You cannot beat what they offer; You cannot get a better purchase price, finance experience or value for your dollar than at Direct A Autos. Direct Auto is a place where you can get great customer service and the staff makes you feel comfortable there. Not only do they give great customer service they make sure that they try all of their sources to see that you get the car you want and at a price that you can afford. I recommend them and I'm from Atlanta and we purchased from our car out of state. They were willing to deliver the car for a small fee. I enjoyed doing business with them. Awesome stafff! First time buyer walked away keys in hand that same day! Josh and the staff at Direct A Autos made our entire car shopping experience easy, fast, and hassle free. Not clearly knowing nor expecting what automobile in mind we had they worked with us and had a number of great cars which to choose from. Very pleased with our selection for my first car couldn't ask for better quality and service definitely a referral to everyone we know will work with them again++.

Great people! At first I came there to get my vehicle detailed and they did a superb job! I took my mother in law there a few months later to buy her a car and the salesman Aj was able to help me get her into a BMW X5 with very reasonable monthly payments. She and I were both pleased how friendly and respectful the salesman and managers were! And how easy they made the process.Thank you Direct A Autos!
