This is the WORST & MOST unprofessional car lot ever I paid cash for a car that has sat up and been to the shop more than I have driven it and when they were taking my cash they were all smiles and cool but to let them know about the lemon they sold not even a full month later there's nothing they can do. And they don't even deserve the one star!!!

best car lot ever Friday I got up went to car lots to get my first car they all turned me down but not JOE AUTOS .. I was in and out with in a hour or two . Very nice and sweet men . I forgot the man name that help me but his spirit was so pure I loved it he made sure I left with a car that was just right for me .. PLEASE SHOP WITH THEM BAD CREDIT AND ALL THEY WILL WORK WITH YOU ❗ufe0f I PROMISE YOU WILL LEAVE WITH A CAR

This company should not be able to be in business I recently purchased a vehicle from them and was not satisfied because of the iDrive modules didn't work and that is pretty much the entire user interface for the vehicle so I asked to maybe get into another vehicle or just return the car and the answer I got was a one and a half minute voicemail which I still have from the owner that was a death threat to not only me but my entire family they were terrified to be at home because of this car but they also we're terrified for me to return it I still have all the voicemails and the text between Gabriel and I and ship and I so if you decide to go through this company to purchase a vehicle you might want to bring the police for your own personal well-being and you definitely want to know that the car you pick is the one you want because complaining or being unsatisfied could be fatal to you or one of your loved ones.
