We had CertaPro come out and give us a quote. Matt came out and reviewed our house and talked to us about what we wanted and showed us something we needed to have done. The quote was very reasonable and made perfect sense for our needs.nMiguel and Eva showed up on time and proceeded to do an outstanding job. They are very nice, considerate and very professional. They did a fantastic job painting and making sure everything was in proper condition to be painted. We never had our house painted before so we were a little nervous they were very knowledgeable and supportive. The job turned out beyond our expectations! Eva and Miguel were the best! My jack and Jill bathroom was painted beautifully. They were conscientious of my desire to repair the damaged drywall, and I cannot tell there were ever any holes. We have hired CertaPro for 3 different indoor painting jobs, some quite extensive and complex (walls, doors, molding, banisters, handrails, ceilings). Many of the walls and ceilings were 20 feet high. The supervisor Phillip was very professional and courteous and we are very happy with the results, and Matt was very responsive with quotes and questions. We also thought the price was very fair given the scope of the work. We'd hire CertaPro for any painting job in the future.
This was the most amazing painting experience We have ever experienced. The Crew led by Antonio was top notch! They are so thorough and professional. The cost of our project was 40 percent less in cost than the other 3 bids as well. I cannot say enough about our experience. Best of the best!!!!!
Top notch from A-Z. Initial contact with Matt for sales and estimating, 5 stars. Matt walked us through every aspect of what to expect and did not even attempt to push anything on us...thank you for that!n2nd contact was with Jessica for schedule planning, another 5 star experience! We had to reschedule due to some unforeseen work commitments and Jessica didn't even flinch, no frustration or complainant of any kind. She just adjusted the schedule with no fuss to the 1st available opening.n3rd contact was with Phillip, the onsite supervisor. This guy also gets 5 stars plus a bonus star! Super knowledgeable, steady but no rush pace. I walked through my home after the interior was complete and with a fine tooth comb, placed blue painters tape on every tiny blemish I could find, and I mean EVERY blemish. We Phillip came the next day I walked the home with him to put out these items. Again, like Jessica, he didn't even flinch, no frustration or complainant of any kind. He spoke with his crew and explained what needed to be addressed and they took care of every thing that I had pointed out, no questions asked.nnI could not have asked for a better customer experience, Thank You CertaPro!!!!
