Jasmine and Jacob were very professional and made the process of renting a unit of my liking as easy as possible during a stressful time. I asked many questions and all were answered patiently and thoroughly. I definitely recommend Advantage Storage at McDermott and Independence.
I met to post this the other day but no time like the present. I had a very very positive experience the other day with the young man who was at the desk. He showed me 4 different sizes of units and went threw all the deals and specials they had even trying mental math on estimates we had of my furniture to see if it would fit. The whole place was clean and all my stuff fit, can’t ask for much more.
jacob helped me out and was very helpful. I'd recommend this place to anyone who needs storage for a move, it's super clean and the staff seems trustworthy
