Nice storage facility - very clean, well maintained, easy access, safe.nCustomer service was wonderful - above and beyond. There were some fees not mentioned at time I received a verbal quote, but nothing outrageous. Just be sure to ask about any additional fees above the monthly rental price.nnOverall, very nice facility, wonderful staff. Recommended!
This was an emergency storage situation for me. Fortunately, I was able to reserve a storage unit online. Stephanie and Zach at Lucas Storage were so amazing in every way. They were accommodating at every turn of my situation. If I had to do it again, I'd go back to Lucas Storage in a split second.
