Lisa is amazing, and it is really quick and easy to go through the app and pay everything there. I switched from a 5x10 to a 10x20 really easy. No hassle at all! I love this place. They make you feel welcome from the start and work with you. Not even rushing you at all. Thank you so much Lisa!
Absolutely amazing. The facility is nice and clean, Lisa was an absolute joy, She worked quickly and efficiently to help me get my rental done and everything ready to go. The units themselves are also some of the nicest and cleanest iv ever seen while offering a fair price.
My wife and I purchased an auction lot from storage treasures. The lot we won was at Public Storage in McKinney at 4700 Stacy Road. When I called to set up a time to come pick it up Lisa was very accommodating due to my uncertainty about when I could be there. Upon arrival I was pleased to meet Lisa and Holly and take care of all the paperwork required. They are both very nice and the facility was clean and even had restrooms which is unusual for storage facilities.nPrior to leaving my wife said to me “that is the nicest we have ever been treated”. The next day I found myself back at Public Storage due to winning a second chance auction and Lisa was there to meet me with a smile as she opened up a few minutes early to accommodate my schedule. I liked doing business at that location and wouldn’t hesitate driving the 2 hours to use this location over others closer.

Location location location! This facility is right off 121 and is very accessible. My wife and I feel extremely comfortable storing our items there. Every time my wife and I come by, Lisa, the manager is always there. She greets us by name and strikes up conversation. We don't just feel like a customer. Thank you Lisa, you are a 5 star rock star!!!!
