The front manager is simply amazing! She always responds back to my phone messages promptly which is simply unheard of nowadays. She is always friendly and very much customer service based. She also checks up to see if I'm doing okay when I'm at my storage. Simply put, I'm very much impressed by y'all and definitely love being a customer.
Rebecca was so incredibly friendly and extremely professional. She had us in and out within a very timely manner and she definitely deserves more than 5 stars! Praise her for doing such an amazing job!
Sooo my experience, was brief, to the point and exactly what I needed. Jessica was absolutely fabulous and made my experience so easy. Everything on paper and in contract was clear, precise and I am so glad to have used this storage space. Two months free is also a plus!! I would definitely recommend the location and service. Quick and easy. I made the reservation on Friday for Monday Feb 1st. I was taken to see my space, educated on the property and then paper work. All took 15 minutes and I was on my way to moving my stuff in. Great customer service.
Rebecca was great from the time I called her about my online purchasing of the storage unit to having everything waiting for me when I got there. She was awesome! Highly recommend!!
