Phenomenal service coming from this place! Especially how great Rina is with her great customer service. Would recommend anyone who needs storage to come here!

Did some online searching for storage units in Sachse and came across two. I did some pricing between the two and headed to Assured Self Storage. I first met with Leah, super nice and offered to show me a unit to give me an idea on size. I went home to think about it, called the other storage place where I was redirected to a lady that couldn't answer my one question. Back to Assured I went! This time I met Rina. She was so nice and friendly and made me feel like we'd been friends for years. She answered all my questions and I reserved a unit that day. The property is clean and safe and great staff! I would highly recommend if you're looking to store any belongings short or long term!!!!

Very professional and smooth process. Both Rina and Leah were so helpful. I would definitely recommend renting with them.

What a amazing place to be. Employees here Make you feel like you are one of the family. So easy to talk to and work with. Great site well kept and clean plus Lots of options for my packing needs. My brother rents from here I will soon thanks to the amazing job Leah and Rina provided us with. Their great customer service made sure everything met our expectations, and was very accommodating. From online to in person I give it a All in all 5 stars!! for each . SO 10 stars total. Thanks again and keep up the hard work.
