My experience has, so far, been outstanding! Great move-in deal, clean premises, helpful staff!
This company took ownership of the storage facility I was at. For three weeks leading up to the full transfer of management I was out of state for the holidays. The online link for payment did not work. The link the manager sent me did not work. Tried laying over the phone multiple times and they could not process kept saying changing payment systems due to ownership change. When they finally got their merchant account they demanded late fees totaling over $50 saying they were added by the previous company so they could not remove and demanded I pay for two months since the new month had just become due charging me $200 to be able to access my unit. I paid and have made arrangements to remove all my items. They also threatened me for writing negative reviews stating that my contracts I was not allowed to do so and that the call was recorded. What???? They will sue me if I write a negative review? If that doesn’t say say it all. So again. Think twice before doing business with a company that threatens you for writing a negative review. I’ll let y’all know if they actually do so.

Worst place on earth to do business with management changes by the day i have been leasing offices from them since 2011. They stole my security deposit the management pocketed the deposit and now they are telling me they cant find the deposit so there for i might not have paid it and since they cant find it i have to find prof of payment. I contacted the regional manager Justin Carter has absolutely no customer service rude and disrespectful . I asked to speak to someone above him and he refused to give me the corporate number. I have 2 other units that i am about let go i wouldn't do business with them if they offered it for free.
Amazing customer experience, am very happy about how things were handled during this difficult time period. Everything was very clean and open. I was able to load up my unit very easily.
