Can not cut curly hair. I am half Irish/Scottish, I told her my hair was curly going in, I like it curly. I just needed some length off and long layers. She blow dried it straight, asked me if I straightened my hair, I told her no, I like my hair curly and wear it that way. She straightened it anyway, I walked out looking like 90’s Avril Lavigne with stick straight too short hair. Made an appointment with a curly hair specialist to fix and style my curls correctly.

Okyo is the BEST! She’s an expert at both cut and color (so hard to find someone who is both). Her professionalism and availability on weekends and holidays is unmatched. I highly recommend her! ud83dudc9c
