Walked in at 5:52pm on Sunday 9/6, missing the fact that they closed at 6:00. I needed a prescription filled after coming from urgent care. The first problem was not being able to understand the woman behind the counter: on top of two masks and a plexiglas panel, she mumbled and wouldn’t speak up. So I put my prescription on the counter, but she said they were closing in 7 minutes and I should go down the road to a different store. (That would be known as time card fraud.) I asked her to fill it anyway. She literally turned around in place and picked the bottle off the shelf. Then we waited a couple moments for them to process the request. The second woman, checking us out was equally rude. When I sat back down in my car, the clock said precisely 6:00. So, I got in, ordered, paid and walked out to my car in 7 minutes. While I have consistently had rude service at this location, this has been the worst.

The pharmacist at 2100 Eldorado parkway is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered If you don’t want to work with the public and actually be helpful go do something else She literally hung up the phone on me today and previously has provided LESS than acceptable customer service The pharmacy just opened - how can you be so mad ALREADY! I’ll be moving the families prescriptions- never to return to CVS again

The pharmacy employee who picked up the phone was rude. If someone tells you thank you and have a great day. You should have good manners and respond properly. Don't just hang up the phone and not say anything at all. Learn how to listen and care when a patient/customer has a question.

My wait time is generally 10-20 minutes - on busy days, I may have to come back to the store, but I don't consider this a negative. The pharmacy is very understaffed, but they do their very best to accommodate every customer with their particular needs. Every Tech I have encountered at this location is exceptionally polite and courteous and extremely helpful. My only complaint is for the staff to get more help during the busier hours; every other CVS I go to has 2-3 techs on a shift, so that seems to be pretty unfair. Otherwise, I recommend this pharmacy if you are looking for a consistent and pleasant experience.

I recently transferred to this pharmacy due to a change in insurance and my experience at this location has been commendable. They automatically keep track of and message me when to pick up my prescriptions, and if necessary, check with my doctors. When I questions, they give me an explanation without making me feel like a nuisance. They are very polite and efficient. I am in a Rewards program which offers good benefits. The store also has very good sales. I feel the cost for the scripts are quite reasonable.
