Mark has performed several projects for me over the past decade including multiple wood floor installs, 16 ft floor to ceiling fireplace stone work, stair railing bannister staining, and stair spindle replacement, full interior room and cabinet painting, and 3 full bathroom remodels. I think the fact that I continue to use him and recommend him to my friends and family should speak for itself. Above all he communicates throughout the project and is super responsive and when things don’t go as planned as will happen from time to time no matter how well you plan, he does his best to make it right. I will continue to use Mark and recommend him to anyone who values quality and appreciates regular communication throughout the project.
Mark and the entire team create beautiful spaces that bring your vision to life. Great partners and consultants when you need them, and willing to try new things that come out of your head. I needed a quick flip on new kitchen countertops before the holidays and they absolutely made it happen. Then they kept working their magic on an upstairs guest bathroom. Next project: a complete redesign of our master bathroom. So excited.
Outstanding work! Mark is the best contractor I’ve ever used. He is always available for questions, friendly and respectful. I had my cabinets re-stained and Juan knocked it out of the park. Also had my kitchen floors and backsplash redone.nnI needed my stairs redone because the guy that did the initial work used the wrong wood and built them structurally wrong. Mark’s crew corrected everything and my stairs look beautiful.nnEverything looks better than I imagined!! The cost was very competitive and the work was done quickly. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone!
I had to have my hall bath remodeled. I ended up calling Mark Brazil at Metroplex Remodeling. They did a great job on my bath remodel. He helped me and my vision come to fruition. If a problem arose (which always happens during a remodel), he solved it! He gave me ideas and suggestions when I needed them. Even after completion and final payment made, I found some touch ups. He came back and got them done. When it’s your turn call Mark.
Mark and his crew did an amazing job on two bathroom remodels. One bath was a complete tear out and needed redesigning. Mark was so helpful with the redesign and the selection of products which made the entire process so easy. All work was completed on schedule, within budget, top notch quality, and his crew cleaned up each day. Every detail was handled professionally. Thanks, Mark, for such an awesome job!
