Antonio, the project manager, went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. He kept in contact to keep me informed every step of the way. The team made sure all of our personal belongings were protected, cleaned up nicely, and made sure we were pleased before loading up. They also went the extra mile to re-hang our artwork and change the light bulbs in our high ceilings. Awesome job. Will use again in the future and highly recommend to others.
From the beginning of this process Phillips has been top notch. Meeting for the estimate, time spent walking through with the project manager, and having the crew complete the work ran so smoothly.nnDuring the entire time, I was always made aware of what was going on and had my expectations set and they were exceeded.nnMy house has a fresh look for Spring and I could not be happier.
Sammy Colmenero was my Project Manager. She was a well-qualified person who knows her business. Phillips completed winter storm related repairs to my home in a timely manner. Sammy took the time to make certain I knew what to expect prior to beginning the project. She kept me posted on the status of the project. When work was completed she provided closure by making sure I was satisfied with the work performed (I was) and asked what questions I had prior to leaving my property. I have used Phillips before and have always been pleased with their work. They have not disappointed me in the past; I will continue to use them for future home improvement and/or repair projects.
From Thomas to Sammy, they stayed in touch and kept us well informed. Thomas checked in the day work started. Antonio and Angel did amazing work. Very talented and great at what they do. They covered our floors and furniture and cleaned up after they were done. We would use them again in a heartbeat and trust them to work in our families homes.
We specifically wanted a company that could coordinate all aspects of our project and we were very happy with the results that Phillips provided. Our HOA took a long time to approve our project, but we got weekly check ins from the scheduling team and when we were ready, our entire project was immediately scheduled and handed over to a project manager that confirmed all the drawings and colors, and supervised the work. The crews that did our exterior trim repair and painting were great, our paint is even and the replaced trim looks like it has always been there. I was especially happy with how well they cleaned up all the mess when they were done. The painting crew wasn't even out of our street before we got the call to schedule our gutter installation, more kudos to the scheduling & project management teams. I thought the painting crew was good, and that they moved quickly, but the gutter guy was in a whole class by himself, literally by himself actually...in under 2 hours he installed all the gutters on our two story house. I'm looking forward to the rain this afternoon to see how they do.
