I really like this place, but you have to check your order. It's hit-or-miss whether you will bring home the pizza you ordered. That said, this shop almost always cooks everything perfectly, even if may not be the right order. But they always go above and beyond to make it right. Every place will drop the ball every now and then, but this one does it a little too often. If they get this under control, they will be cruising to a 4 or even 5 star rating.
Just got some cheese bread from this location with a bug cooked into the cheese. We called and asked for a refund and the request was denied, instead offering store credit the next time that we order from them. Swerve
Would definitely recommend trying out this place. Fantastic mood, tasty food, good customer service. 5 stars.
Poorly managed. Pizza estimated time was way off for pickup. I asked it be delivered and was told it would be another 1.5 hrs ! For just 1 freaking pie? I'll be sticking with papa john's from now on. Rarely have any issues with them and if I do I know they will come through with great customer satisfaction
Love this pizza hut, my orders are always hot, fresh and correct!
