Ribs, pulled pork and brisket was my order. They weighed it on a scale to show how much food I got. Over a pound which was worth the price. Juicy and well seasoned. No skimping on the meat here. The staff are so kind and polite. The make it a goal for you to have a great experience.
This spot sure knows how to treat their clients. Consistently with a welcoming attitude. The food is conveniently priced, constantly delightful and clean.
I received horrible customer service.The OWNER tried to ring up my potato as a 2 meat plate, which is a couple of dollars more. Then ARGUED with me about the overcharge. On top of the verbal dispute, the potato was UNDERCOOKED and basically rock hard. To add a cherry on top I asked for ranch and was given Caesar which I poured all over my potato to be pleasantly surprised it WASNT What I asked for.nnI don’t go to dickeys for outstanding bbq so the least thing that they can give me is outstanding customer service.
$3.50 for a 1/2 cup of potato salad and cole slaw each!! Plus a communication issue, not a pleasant experience ☹ufe0f
I ordered from this location on DoorDash...the food was edible which is why it got two stars. The brisket and turkey both seemed old and not tasty. The turkey also had strange coloring. The green beans were gross. The roll we got was rock hard. I’m also pretty sure my baked potato hadn’t been washed. Very disappointing overall. The Wylie location is WAY better. I hate to be critical, but all of this is the honest truth. It was a shockingly bad meal.
