I'm not really sure if these guys run a legitimate business. Unprofessional staff that aren't helpful in answering questions related to PDR to those that aren't familiar with the process or term. I wasted my breath and energy talking to them. If they want to service those that only know how PDR automatically works, fine. I will go to another store that actually cares about their customers.
