When I was locked out of my restaurant, I called KeyMe and by God they seemed to actually care about making sure my situation was taken care of, and that speaks volumes. I ended even cancelling their service due to one of my business partners making a rash decision. However, in the end the guys over at KeyMe showed compassion as well as professionalism and for that they deserve recognition. They didn't even unlock my door and still were able to impress me with their service. Thanks a lot KeyMe keep doing your thing.

Stay away from these guys. They made us wait for 40 mins when we were 5 mins from its place and they said they did not take long. We called them because they were the closest. The guy arrived and open the trunk in couple mins, and they charged us 160.00 !! I called to complain about it, and they could not explain why so expensive when the starting price is 30.00. and the girl on phone hung up on me. Worst customer service ever.

I simply put my key in the slot and Walah keys made. Thank you very much.
