i was locked out of my home. The guy had to drill it out and damaged the lock and door. He left me with a lock but I could not get the damaged lock out of the door. I called SEVEN times and was unable to resolve anything. After my EIGHTH call someone said they would submit a complaint on the door and to take a picture. They got the picture and said someone will be out within 15-25 minutes. After an hour I called back they said i would have to submit a new order and pay for it. I said fine I needed a lock. I called back four times and they continued to say someone was on the way. TWO people hung up in my face. after TWO more hours (and its now 2aM and I have a whole in my door) no one ever came. I eventually called another locksmith. I will never use them again! Very unprofessional. The dude who got me in the house asked my aged and said he wanted to talk to me and wanted to make sure I was old enough! Ewwwww!
Ordered 3 keys, the machine only gave me one but I did get promptly refunded and was emailed straight away.nnKey works perfect.
I bought a used truck and the seller only had a poorly made copy of a key. It only worked when you jiggle it just right. Anyway I needed more than one key, and they had a good guarantee so decided to try and have my bad copied key copied again- which I assumed would end up being worse. I was surprised when I got the keys from keyme. They worked better than the original.
Keys worked great - liked the color options to tell them apart from the other keys.
