Update. I tried this place again after terrible customer service.... and this time I got maggots in my food. ud83eudd22ud83eudd2enThey asked me to send them a picture and their response was they would send out some more or they could give me a credit for next time. YEAH RIGHT. There won't ever be a next time.nnI loved this place until they took almost 2 hours to deliver my food. When I called them to cancel the order they told me he was about to be there. I told them I didn't want the food I just wanted my money back. They kept arguing with me. The guy shows up and I told him I didn't want the good anymore then he argued with me. I finally took the food instead of getting my money back. When I checked my order it was wrong and it was cold. I understand people have off days but when I called in about it they said they would deliver the correct order instead of refunding my money. I didn't feel like arguing so u told them I will review them and never order from them again. I was a customer for over 10 years. Like I said I get having a bad day but not trying to fix the problem is ridiculous. My other complaint is they don't put enough meat in the Mongolian beef. It's basically 3/4 ths onion. I get my Chinese food from China ocean. They may not have the rewards that jade palace does but the food is good every time, they put a lot of meat, and when they messed up an order one time they fixed the problem.

My family has been going here for almost 10 years. Even though we moved about 20 mins away and have plenty of restaurants around, Jade's is worth the drive. The food has stayed the same. I love the way it tastes. You get a good quantity of food for a great price.nI have attached a picture of Cashew chicken-dinner size dinner.

Only Chinese food in Plano I can eat every day. Being going here for about 15 yrs and still taste the same.

Our favorite Chinese restaurant in North Dallas. This place is the best kept secret in Plano. We live 20 minutes away and it is worth the drive. Everything on the menu is delicious and they don’t use celery in their dishes which is a HUGE filler at other restaurants. The service is fast and no fuss. Please don’t ever close!!
