The BEST pizza I have ever had. We ordered a thin crust pepperoni pizza with white sauce instead of red. I have never tried white sauce but I am telling you it was awesome!!! Their crust is so tasty!!! It is our new pizza joint from now on. I can’t believe I have lived in Allen this long without trying this place. ALL EMPLOYEES ARE WEARING MASKS ud83dude0a

BUYER BEWARE MARCO'S PIZZA IS NOT ALLEN FRIENDLY. MY SON HAD A FEW OF HIS FOOTBALL TEAM MATES OVER FOR A WORKOUT AND AS USUAL THEY ALWAYS ORDER PIZZA FROM MARCOS PIZZA ON MAIN ST. I LEFT HIM WITH SOME MONEY FOR THE ORDER. WE ALWAYS GET THE $6.99 MEDIUM 1 TOPPING SPECIAL 4 BOXES. TODAY FOR SOME REASON WHEN THE DRIVER ARRIVED HE TOLD MY SON THE TOTAL IS $50 COME ON ALLEN WHERE'S THE MATH. AT THIS POINT MY SON CALLED ME AND I PUT HIM ON HOLD AND CALLED MARCO'S PIZZA MYSELF AND ASKED HOW MUCH IS A MEDIUM 1 TOPPING PIZZA I WAS TOLD $6.99 AND WHEN I ASKED FOR THE MANAGER TO VOICE MY CONCERN ABOUT THE$50 CHARGE. I WAS TOLD THAT HE WAS NOT GOING TO FIX IT AND THAT AS WE ARE TALKING HE HAS CANCEL OUR ORDER AND TOLD THE DRIVER TO LEAVE. ALLEN PLEASE TELL ME IS THIS A BUSINESS THAT YOU WANT TO GIVE YOUR MONEY TO. FOR 5 YEARS I HAVE GIVING MARCO'S PIZZA MY MONEY AND AT THE END OF THE DAY THE SO CALLED MANAGER DIDN'T CARE ABOUT THE YEARS OF BUSINESS THAT WE BOUGHT TO THE OWNER. THE MANAGER WAS VERY DISRESPECTFUL TO ME AND MY MY FAMILY AND HIS FRIENDS. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH MARCOS PIZZA THEY ARE DISHONEST.

Very rude and disrespectful poor Service didn’t offer any special’s on the call, Been ordering from Marcos for 5 years and the fact that Caden said he would not deliver for my house anymore shows you what kind of character he has, best advise don’t order from this place their customers are miserable and very disrespectful they want to charge more money for 4 box when he told us it was 6.99 and to do the math comes out to be a 28 dollars, but instead he told us 50 dollars. How about you actually offer the special next time since you know it all?

The manager “Caiden” had been cussing and verbally violating a friend of mine and I will not submit to any verbal aggression over such a simple and clear conversation against mine. We are a group of Allen football players and all we wanted was a special for a pizza that we were denied.

I order a pizza at 618pm on this evening. I didn't get my pizza after an hour and half. So I called the store to see how long more is going to take. The man who answered ask me for my phone number to look up my order and put me on hold. He came back on said I didn't have a order under my phone number .So I said that not true because I paid for the pizza with my debit card. Before I continue talking he cut me off rudely and said he found the pizza. He said the pizza is coming out of the oven. This was at 745pm.
