lady at register was wonderfully kind last night, but pizza was stale

Staff is excellent in customer service and friendly. The wait for a decent size order only takes about ten minutes. Very delightful!

Pizza was dry and old and hard. I came back in and the lady at the front asked me if I wanted a refund. Yes I did. She said they could make it fresh and throw in extra bread but at that point I had been waiting 30 minutes for lukewarm pizza. I gave up. I went home after the manager returned the money to my card. The only reason it gets 2 stars was because they were understaffed and no one looked like they were on their phones or anything. No one wore gloves when making pizza and I watched a lady with black hair touch the pizza in the pizza box with no gloves after wiping her hands on the back of her thigh. She was completely out of dress code as I could see her lower back. She looked at me as I was waiting to be helped and she rolled her eyes and talked to some other lady who I couldn’t see who came running to the front. Running. I’m not exaggerating. I came in a second time a couple of days before and they were so backed up people were yelling at a tall African American man who claimed to be the manager because they had also been waiting for thirty minutes. The manager yelled at one customer Asking them “who areyou talking to” and walked out of the store while two girls [one had purple hair which shouldn’t be allowed] and another dark man stood there helpless. No one was making or cutting pizza when this happened. The tall manager walked in and was telling customers it wasn’t his fault. In review: the management was childish and the store was understaffed. No one seemed to know how to work.

Let's face it, their Pizza is at the best in the world but it is very good for the price you pay. I also love that you can pop in and grab one for a few bucks or so and be out of the store with in just a few minutes.
