Awful customer experience! We ordered our 2 pizzas online, ad then left our home to pick them up. Once we were notified that our pizzas were ready, we walked into the store to pick them up as directed by the website. No one greeted us, and no one asked to help us. I tried to gain the attention of an employee on multiple occasions, but was ignored. Finally, after being very vocal about wanting to pick up the two pizzas we ordered and that were ready, did we eventually get service. However, the pizzas were cold already by that time. If management reads this, please look at your store security camera footage from 2/21/2021 between 4:25pm and 4:35pm CST for a man in a dark brown baseball cap waiting with a son and trying to get the attention of the store employees working there at the time, and you will see the visual evidence of us being blatantly ignored. Disgusting and reprehensible customer service!
The only thing I found that wasn't as we say where is it no plates no cheese sprinkles they wanted to charge us a dollar for some cheese sprinkles I've called that a little outrageous but doing times that when people really needed help they could have came through better but the pictures were good no cheese sprinkles that would have made the pizza better and should have been free of charge other than that I love me some Domino's Pizza the one that they open in Dodge City Kansas is one of the best places to go to get you some pizza maybe an Allen Texas still have more as you say if you need plates or cheese sprinkles should be available at all times

I’ve learned all pizza locations can be hit or miss, but this one does not disappoint! Pizza is always hot fresh and delicious as well as quick even during peek hours and weekends! Excellent location!
