We've gone here twice to fix the driver & then the passenger window in our very old Jeep Grand Cherokee. One of the times, we thought that the brakes needed to be replaced, but after looking at them, we were told that they did not, but another problem had been found. This new problem was minor & cost less than the brake job. They could have simply replaced our brakes as asked without telling us that there was more than 75% life in them, but they didn't. They were honest, helpful, prompt, & courteous. We will continue to go to them for any repairs which are better done by the dealer than a regular mechanic.
In and out for oil change and tire rotation. Fast turn around! I feel like they did a good job on my truck. They left the shop mat paper, and the service card in the cab, so I had to remove them. Not a big issue, but during Covid, I'm trying to minimize contact. All in all, awesome!
Bought a new Jeep Grand Cherokee 3 weeks ago and couldn’t be happier with Dodge City. I’ve bought a lot of cars in my life and this was one of the best experience’s I have ever had. From the negotiation to the finance they were great. Not pushy at all. After the sale I had a question for Augie and she took care of it right away. I highly recommend this dealership.

They don’t listen- just try to move a vehicle.nIf you don’t have a credit score above 700, don’t even bother. They don’t know how to negotiate with a bank.nnIf you’re ever on the lot- good luck trying to navigate it. Even better luck actually getting any help.
