So happy to find a Jeep/Dodge Service Department that is run so well. I got there at 9 am for an oil change. They estimated 1 1/2 hours. It was all done in about 2 hours. Still the fastest of any Dallas area dealer. When I got in, I noticed it looked like they vacuumed and cleaned the interior. It wasn't until I stopped at a store that I realized they washed the outside too and dried it with no water drips or streaks. I've tried and hated the service at the dealers in Richardson, Rockwall, Plano, and Dallas at 635/Jupiter for various things and was disappointed with all of them. It's nice to finally find a good one. I live by Lake Ray Hubbard in Garland and I will not hesitate to make the drive to McKinney from now on. Also, the popcorn maker in the waiting area is a nice touch that makes you not mind waiting. Thank you for a job well done.
