Been bringing our vehicles here to Bob Tomes for all maintenance and repair since.. oh about 2004 and they always takes very good care of us. They keep excellent records and know what service is necessary and what service can wait until the next visit. If there is a recall of any kind we receive notices and efficiently turn-around. Everyone is always helpful, explaining every service and making certain I am comfortable if I choose to wait! Thanks

This year I acted on behalf of my mom who incurred some special needs after her stroke. We purchase a used vehicle from Bob Tomes. Our salesperson Julian was GREAT -- Julian quickly understood what we were seeking (he added comfort to list, a smooth ride he said) and he reverified that each car we were interested in had a handle on the passenger front side. Most pleasant truck buying experience ever. We found a truck on Bob Tomes Ford website that we were interested in. Tanner Nguyen contacted us and told us he would have the truck ready for us to look at when we got there. He did. We drove the truck and loved it. Got a great deal. Very nice people.

My salesman, Michael, was very pleasant, informative and professional. Unfortunately I don't remember the finance guys name, but he also did a great job. Overall, I believe from beginning to end I was at the dealership about an hour and a half, which is pretty good compared to past experiences at other places. LOVING the Bronco Sport Badlands!!! Overall i would 100% recommend Bob Tomes Ford to my friends and family.

I recently had to bring my vehicle into the service center due to an oil leak in the engine block. My vehicle was still under warranty and the service rep Hunter Hasik was more than helpful. He really came in the clutch to give me excellent service. He checked my vehicle in right away and offered a rental which was also covered by my warranty. I work in customer service and he exemplified every aspect of excellence and going above and beyond. He followed up in a timely manner. And ensured that my vehicle received nothing but genuine Ford parts. I also want to commend him on his professional decorum all the way through.
