Needs to be rewarded.
The fries. That was the best thing here. You wouldn't expect such a skinny, naked fry would be so good. It was hot, salty, and good in your mouth. The burger was ok, it was too thin for me, and it didn't have enough juice. The chicken nuggets were so dry, but once you added sauce to them, they were decent.
This is my second time coming to this location around 11pm. The first time they stated that they were closed and wasn’t honoring the normal schedule time which is 24 hours due to no food. Tonight I arrived at the drive through at 11pm, I waited for 5 minutes and no one greeted me. Shortly after I drove to the window and no one was available. I’m not sure if they’re sleeping at night or dodging customers. The only time I have this problem is at night during the daytime hours service is great.
Terrible customer service, every single time. This location seems to be run by teenagers. The kid who always hands us food through the drive-through is notorious for just sticking the food out the window without speaking a single word, although this time he appeared to be singing/rapping. When we pulled up to the intercom the girl communicating was about as rude as it gets... The food was fine, it met our expectations. Just extremely poor customer service on a consistent basis.
The owner of this store really needs to train their workers better just spotted one of your workers in the back touching food with her bare hands and putting it into the cooker. Like really? Like we cant see what goes on down the aisle where you prepare food....
