The coffee itself is fine, normal Starbucks quality, but the staff here is pretty rude sometimes. When I come in, I feel uncomfortable because certain staff members will act like I’m speaking gibberish to them when I ask a question (i.e looking at me funny when I said I had a mobile order). One of the last times I came in, the main barista at the counter was too busy having a conversation with someone else to take my order. I ended up walking out because they hadn’t even started making that customer’s order until they finally saw me waiting a few minutes later. Very disappointed because the first few times I’ve come in were fine, but the customer service quality has really dropped.

Professionalism is seriously lacking. Closing the shop, but still accepting mobile orders, the purpose to order in the app is to be able to quickly pick-up your order without having to wait. If your going to close the shop but still run drive through, at least have someone sit in the front to give mobile orders as people arrive, otherwise turn off the mobile order ability for your store in the app. Other stores have done so, making it so, that way you don’t make an order on the app with the expectation of normal business operations. Understanding the restrictions of COVID, and protecting staff, you still have a professional obligation to do what you can to inform customers, a handwritten note tapped to the door is lazy, especially when you have resources via the app, social media, etc... Needs improvement.
