I don't even know where to begin. Greg and Hope have been the greatest of help. They helped me with one of the hardest decisions I have ever had to make! (family law) Within a few minutes of our first phone call, I knew I had a great attorney and staff to represent me. He was honest and i mean honest he doesn't sugar coat anything, straight forward and definitely knew what the court would do/not do. That is what you want in an Attorney! Responsive, professional, organized, and high quality work, I Recommend Greg and his wonderful assistant hope ! They were great i will say...it was harder to say goodbye as they really become apart of you and your every day life.

Save your time and money and stay away from attorney Greg Whitten. My Mom retained Greg as her divorce attorney in October 2018. After months of spinning our wheels on obtaining crazy amounts of document history (not needed), sitting through meetings hearing about scenarios that didn’t apply to our case, delays after delays for mediation, wasted money spent on unnecessary filings (confidentiality order), we finally changed council in June. By July 24th, we had settled the divorce through mediation using an outstanding lawyer that resolved this case in a little over a month, hardly using any of the documents Greg compiled during his 8 months representing this case. I believe Greg took advantage of my Mom knowing how much money she had in her bank account. He spent more time on the minutia of data, for example obtaining 5 years of credit card statements which cost my Mom over $800 in records retention fees that were never needed. In addition, we paid thousands to Gregg for obtaining docs, reviewing docs etc. related to the smallest bank account balance. Greg had trouble focusing on the large assets and defending those as my Mom’s separate property. We almost felt like Greg and OC had a plan to drag this out unnecessarily to drive up the cost. We also experienced billing errors on almost every statement. For example, one billing error was charging Greg’s attorney fee to print, hole punch and bind documents for 2.5 hours. Overall, we were very disappointed and frustrated in Greg’s ability to represent my Mom and would not recommend this attorney.

Greg and Hope have provided the highest level of representation and compassionate support during the most difficult season of my life. Their individualized approach, willingness to listen and understand the unique circumstances of my case, and work with me have been a constant source of encouragement and support. They did not try to pidgeonhole my case into what they assumed. They took the time to learn, research, and read to understand what I really needed. I cannot thank them enough.
