I have been going to this nail salon for a few months now. They always get me in and out quickly and do a great job. The staff is always very friendly too.

I have lived in Wylie my entire life and this is the only hair salon worth waiting in line for. If Mary is booked I wait untill she is done. She leaves me handsome everytime. Best hair salon in town!

I have been Mary's client for many years. I have reffered so many friends to her. She does a fine job! I will follow Mary everywhere she goes because she is damn worth it !!!!

Super bad experience, I asked the service of painting my hair I was very clear with the tone I wanted until I sent a photo and I asked for a budget first of all and the owner of the place looked at my hair well, she told me they were 170 dollars and already knowing this I agreed to have my hair painted the one in charge of painting my hair was her assistant and she was also inexperienced and the owner of the place was telling her what tones and how to put my tempt, I perfectly understand that this process is very late and I trusted Even though the one who was doing the job for me was inexperienced, I thought that the owner would supervise everything well and I wanted to give it a chance, it took longer than I contemplated about 10 hours but for me it was no problem if it had been satisfied, in the middle of the process the assistant who was the one who was painting my hair told me that it was almost over and I realized that they did not have the tone they expected and they applied more dye to me and as my hair was getting more damaged when I passed the brush I fell easily bone I burned it and I applied another dye and not even gave the tone at the end I saw myself and it was nothing similar to what I asked for (I ordered a coffee and they left me blond and the design looked like little stripes but nothing thinner than what I asked for) after seeing me I didn't know what to say because they couldn't fix my hair anymore, I thought that until then the bad experience would end, after paying the Owner told me that since they had taken many hours to paint my hair and since I had a lot of hair they would raise the price to 320 dollars, to which I explained everything I wrote before and she excused herself saying * that I arrive late to my appointment * which is true but she gave me a budget before to have an agreement both and not get to have this type of conflict, never told me that being late would almost double, I showed my disagreement and she does I wanted to be right I also change the agreement of the principle and lied saying that * she had given me a price and that it was the approximate range * when from 170 to 320 the difference is a lot and although I would have said it which is not true, That is not a range, she looked at my hair before so she made me a budget so that in the end she came out with that she does not know how to calculate or respect the agreements with her clients and she still told me that they could fix my hair as I wanted to which obviously I no longer agreed, he also wanted to blame his assistant for that. * the assistant forgot to tell me the expectations of how the color would fit me *. I mean he charged me for doing what she wanted in my hair and then kept on shielding. * that if he charged me what was agreed, he would not be able to pay his assistant hours * that she should have contemplated before doing the process, not telling me, she is in charge and responsible for the salary and her business, so As the person responsible for everything she did to me does not have professional ethics, less values, she does not know how to treat the client, nor is she responsible, she does not respect the budgets with her clients, I paid her 320 dollars because she would not go without paying but I could speak to a lawyer which did not occur to me, I told her everything she did wrong and she was shielding herself with all the above she never gave me the reason even though she did not do her job well and I was very patient, In the end, I lost out and she defending the indefensible seemed to be talking to a little mature girl praying her age.
