I went in for a women's haircut. Luis listened to what I asked for and was very professional. He worked his magic on my hair and I left absolutely loving the end result. Definitely will be coming back and recommending this place to everyone I know. The entire staff is so friendly and inviting. Love it.
Came in with my hair jacked up from bleaching half of it off last May to leaving and feeling SO MUCH BETTER. Luis did a great job on my color and cut. Exceeded my expectations and helped me feel more confident then when I walked in.
Have used them twice thus far for maintaining my very thick hair that I keep a very platinum blonde. They handle it like pros and get me in and out faster than other salons I have been to. You can tell they have a large amount of experience and knowledge/comfort with color and I genuinely enjoy going to them. They also never mind the fact that I always come in looking a hot mess because I let my roots grow out so long in between coming and they always return me back to pristine condition! Love coming here :)
If you are looking for a great place to get your haircut, colored, styled, or all the above go to Upper End Salon. Luis cut my hair and did a phenomenal job. Very clean and Covid friendlynenvironment. Prices are great as well!!! Go try them out! High recommend!
I came in after a salon had bleached my hair and put hair dye of my natural color back over it, and the bleach was too strong and caused damage to my hair. Jennifer lifted the coppery brown out so well to a nice blonde, and left my hair feeling much softer and less damaged, as well as evening out the trim I got. My hair is completely fixed thanks to Jennifer when I thought there would be no way to get the blonde I wanted, and have soft, healthy hair!
