I came in for balayage and the first thing I asked for was NO ORANGE. The hairstylist told me after purple shampoo it would eliminate the orange. I had to tell her I had bleached spots in my hair and she acted like she didn’t see them while blow drying. She only fixed it because I mentioned it. I still found some when I got home and my hair turned orange in two days. I called to see if I could come in to get it fixed but they never answered their phone. I went elsewhere and they did exactly what I asked. I went back to RC to ask for a refund and before I even finished sharing my concerns I got hit with “we don’t refund.” She also told me she wasn’t sure why it turned orange and that maybe it needed a toner. Customers don’t pay hundreds of dollars for a hairstylist to guess. I won’t be coming back here.

So I went there yesterday for a haircut, I must say what an amazing experience I had. I think her name is Mital, she is truly blessed with this gift. I usually trust very few people when it comes to my hair. And now I can say she is one of them. Thank you RC hair salon. Will be there soon :)

I have been coming here WEEKLY for over a year and the service is always wonderful! The employees are so friendly and always treat me kindly. The employees consistently clean and disinfect and that was happening before (and especially after) Covid. The prices are budget friendly and clearly listed on their website. I am a very particular person on my hair services, shop cleanliness and employee professionalism and this shop raises the bar on all three categories.

Took my 9 year with dark brown to get one strip of blue..Ronda did it.nShe bleach my kids hair TWICE..the frist time she place a blue that completly wash of the secong time only the top two inches was blue the reasy fades into a a lime green.nnShe try to act like it was nice... I expressed myself how I came for a blue stripe..shes not good a hair coloring. She could not do a simple strip. GO ELSEWHERE!
