The workout was good, but the customer service was nonexistent. I did a free week trial. I should have know the customer service would be bad when I didn’t get a phone call after signing up. I had to call to find out details on how the workout works, etc. After my week, I didn’t receive any phone calls about joining either, which makes me think they don’t really care to have new members. Maybe F45 was different before the pandemic. I would have bought a 20 session pass, if someone had asked. OrangeTheory is much more friendly and welcoming.
I see these places popping up everywhere, seems really popular. Pretty sure my neighbor runs this place. Maybe my wife and I will stop in later this summer. :)
Love working out at F45 Fairview! Best part of my day is walking into the studio. It's more than a workout or a gym, it's a family. The clients and coaches are just amazing!

F45 is a great comprehensive workout that is suitable for people at all levels of fitness! The atmosphere is very accepting and motivating to help push you further than your comfort zone in just 45 minutes. Highly recommend checking out the program and this studio.
