Alex is an awesome yoga instructor, she’s such a positive and amazing person to be around. Lifts the spirit and drives your confidence through the roof. If you’re in need to ‘fill your cup’ with some good vibes and a relaxing yet effective workout, don’t hesitate to join one of her classes!
Alex is a leader of spirit and grace. I, like many other new mothers, felt awkward and uncomfortable in my skin after the miraculous changes my body went through. Attending classes with Alex helped me heal, physically & spiritually. She guided me into a level of confidence and strength that I didn't know I had in me. She shows her students love and teaches them to respect the vessel they are in while achieving a balance and harmony internally. Awesome experience today at Blue Sky Yoga! This was my first time at BSY and I loved it! I am new to yoga and the instructor took time to listen to my concerns regarding an injury and took steps to ensure my first yoga practice with BSY was wonderful and healing.
I haven’t experienced such an inspirational and knowledgeable yoga teacher like Alex. You can definitely see her passion for yoga and helping better people mentally/physically. Her classes are teaching me to push myself and gain some peace of mind when life is so crazy!
